Parts and accessories
Parts and accessories refer to standard safety and control devices installed on steam and hot water boilers. Items such as low-level controls, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure controls, and temperature controls are stocked for use on a wide range of boiler types and models.
In addition to genuine OEM parts, we place at your disposal, from our Montreal warehouse as well as in our fleet of service trucks, an immense variety of parts from all brands such as; McDonnell & Miller, Asco, Honeywell, ITT, Conbraco, Kunkle, Spirax Sarco, Everlasting, and Fisher.
Conversion kits
With the help of our OEM sources, we provide conversion kits prepared with original parts and designed to improve burner control systems and flame monitoring control. We also have kits available for adding secondary or alternative burner systems. These kits feature increased turndown rate, reduction of excess air and low NOx emissions. Moreover, our conversion kits can be used to rebuild pressure vessels, refractories and casings. Last but not least, you can also convert steam boilers to hot water (and the opposite order).
Gaskets and refractory
Using the right products such as gaskets, insulation and sealing materials is vital to the longevity of a boiler. MATCO offers a wide range of these products specifically designed for each type of boiler and specific applications.
